I’m driven by my passion for empowering women to rebuild their confidence, embrace their unique voices, ignite their passions, and cultivate generational wealth for financial independence. Having experienced the challenges of feeling unheard, overwhelmed, and undervalued, I understand the struggles firsthand. Not long ago, I found myself in that very placeโconfused, broke, lacking confidence, and perpetually exhausted.
In my journey to rediscover and love myself again, I realized that no one was coming to rescue me. It was time to prioritize myself, reconnect with Ella, reshape my mindset, and take uncomfortable actions to elevate to the next level.
Even as a consultant with a six-figure income, life’s transitions left me feeling empty and less confident. Recognizing that others faced similar struggles, I documented my experiences to help women who might be hesitant to acknowledge their own challenges.
Hi, I’m Ellaโa goofy, God-loving mom to three amazing children and the wife of an incredible man. In 2020, I left my corporate job as a Compliance Specialist to pursue my passion. As the founder and CEO of AtUrBridge, I serve as your go-to Transition Coach and Business Startup Strategist. Beyond business, you will find me at the gym, on a walk, or catching up on much-needed beauty sleepโa necessity for any toddler mom. Despite disliking the process of travel, I love being on planes.

I remember when I Transitioned into entrepreneurship. I invested thousands of dollars into coaching programs, coaches and group programs to help me learn how to run my own business.
